1. App Usage
Bet Vault is designed for personal sports betting tracking and analytics. By using the App, you agree to do so legally and responsibly. You must not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute any part of the App
- Use the App for commercial purposes without prior written permission from BET VAULT LTD
- Disrupt, disable, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems
- Use the App in any jurisdiction where sports betting tracking or related activities are prohibited
2. Intellectual Property
All assets within the App including visuals, text, branding, and design elements are owned or properly licensed by BET VAULT LTD. You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App. No rights are granted to copy, resell, or create derivative works.
3. Privacy and Data
Bet Vault does not require an account or collect personal information. The App does not include third-party trackers or analytics. Betting records and preferences may be stored locally on your device to provide core functionality. For details, please see our Privacy Policy.
4. No Gambling Advice
Bet Vault is a tracking and analytics tool only. It does not provide gambling advice, predictions, or recommendations. The App is for personal record-keeping and analysis. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
5. Age Requirement
The App is intended for users aged 18 and above. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you comply with all applicable gambling laws in your jurisdiction.
6. No Guarantees
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant error-free operation, specific results, or continuous availability. Your use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.
