End User License Agreement

Please read this agreement carefully before using Bet Vault.

Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and BET VAULT LTD for the Bet Vault software product, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation ("Software").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.

Important

By using Bet Vault, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA and our Privacy Policy.

License Grant

BET VAULT LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  1. Use the Software: Install and use the Software on iOS devices you own or control for personal sports betting tracking and analytics purposes.
  2. Access the Service: Access and use the app's features in accordance with this agreement.

The App does not require account registration. All data is stored locally on your device.

License Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Software
  • Use the Software for any commercial purpose without authorization
  • Use automated systems to access the service (bots, scrapers, etc.)
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Software
  • Use the Software in any unlawful manner

Intellectual Property

The Software is licensed, not sold. BET VAULT LTD retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of Bet Vault.

We Own: All software code, algorithms, designs, graphics, text, and other content in the application.

You Own: Your personal betting data and records stored locally on your device.

User Data and Privacy

Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Bet Vault does not collect or transmit personal data. All data remains on your device under your control.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BET VAULT LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Bet Vault is a tracking and analytics tool and does not guarantee specific results.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BET VAULT LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination:

  • You must cease all use of the Software
  • You must delete or destroy all copies of the Software

Updates and Modifications

BET VAULT LTD may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Software. These updates may be automatically downloaded and installed through the App Store. You acknowledge that the Software may require such updates to continue functioning properly.

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA.

Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BET VAULT LTD operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
